Akshay Kumar raises funds for 100 farmer families within 15 minutes

Akshay Kumar is in Delhi to promote his upcoming film Singh Is Bliing. There was a fashion show which was held around the theme of SIB and the who's who of Delhi socialite s were present for this mega event. 

Akshay who has always been supporting families of farmers since many years decided to raise funds for grieve stricken farmer families and requested other people present there to donate funds.

Chief Minister of Delhi Mr Arvind Kejriwal came to know about this and his office sent a request to Akshay's team to meet the actor.

Akshay Kumar met the honorable Chief Minister Mr. Arvind Kejriwal this morning.

We hear Mr.Kejriwal appreciated Akshay Kumar's efforts and gesture for the farmers and congratulated him for this and wished him all the best!

Well!action surely speaks louder than words and Akshay is surely going to get many blessings from the farmers for his good deed!

Amitabh wants Mumbai to be world's 'Entertainment City'

megastar amitabh bachchan, who unveiled the first edition of the maharashtra international travel mark (MITM) here , says mumbai should be branded  the " entertainment city" of the world.

this is the most worthy and valuable initiative that the Maharashtra government of india and with my effort as a member of this initiative, we definitely can make mumbai city as " ENTERTAINMENT CITY " of the world," the 72-year-old said.Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also attended the launch of MITM, a three-day congregation to attract buyers and sellers from tourism industry from across the country and world, here on Monday.

Big B, who is the official tourism ambassador for Gujarat, highlighted the beauty and tourism prospects of Maharashtra, and added: "Promotion of tourism is very close to my heart. I don't know whether it will be counter productive for me to promote Maharashtra tourism despite being a brand ambassador of tourism for adjoining state of Gujarat, I shall be more than happy to do it."

Salman Khan lights up the first look of Sooraj Bharjatiya's Diwali release Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in a blue kurta and dhoti.

Salman, 49, who is working with Bharjatiya after a gap of 16 years, took to Twitter to mark the comeback of his most loved character Prem. "Good afternoon. Welcoming Sooraj Bharjatiya's Prem again," he wrote.
